Hazy golden yellow color, not a very large head. Aroma is spicy, your typical peppery saison aroma, with a touch of citric hops. Flavour is very smooth. Beautiful notes of orange, lemon. The peppery flavour of a typical saison is there, but is nice and mellow, it doesnt hit you over the head like some other saisons. Wow, this is incredibly drinkable. Wicked Saison.

From tap at Gollem Amstelstraat, Amsterdam. Yeasty aroma with floral notes, fruits, some bubblegum, bit candied fruit, estery and spicy notes, blossom, Saison yeast, coriander. Moderate sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Not as dry as I like my Saison, but I'm gonna make an exception in this case. Pretty tasty.

Also called Belgien style Saison.Clear colour with large fluffy head.Aroma of coriander and spices livly taste with som bitterness nice with some odd after taste and mild finish.

Bottle @Rorbua (Oslo). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di coriandolo, scorza di limone, frutti bianchi. In bocca è croccante, leggerne speziata, abboccata in ingresso e amara, con lieve nota acidula fresca, in chiusura. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ben fatta.

Bottle at Euston Tap. Light blond with frothy white head. Aroma is floral and bubble gum sweet, with fruitiness, maybe mango. Soft in the mouth with a very subtle bitter finish with a bit of biscuit sweetness. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottled feb 06, brew nr. 235, bottle provided by MiP. Orange blonde color, cloudy. Grapefruit and traubenzucker in the aroma. Light hoppy, citric flavor . Flowery, vanilla and anis. Vanilla hopbitter aftertaste. Pleasant, well matured beer.
