One of our most refreshing brews, made for those hot summer days, but satisfying year ’round.
Recommended serving temperature 8°C/45°F. Goes well with seafood, particularly oysters.

At a tasting at KyotoLefty’s place. A cloudy gold pour with a sweet farmhouse aroma & medium-light body. For me this was a farhouse ale all the way, mild, sweet with a touch of spice.

Bottle. Big goldings nose, citrus and grass. Oranges, biscuits. Deepmgolden orange, lace. Nice hops, more like a PA than a saison, lightly spicy, though. Very tasty. Oily, slick, soapy. Nice, but no saison.

Bottle at home. Has a cloudy and light orange colour with a small and off-white head. Aroma of spices, citrus, hay and mango. Fresh aroma of more spices, grass and hops. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A fresh, well balanced and tasteful saison.

Cask at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Brilliantly fresh citrus aroma. Lots of stuff goin on, apricot, lemon, vibrant yeast.. even a hint of ginger.. very bright and luscious. My first from Nogne and doesn’t disappoint.

Beer pours with a thin white head that quickly breaks down. Lovely golden colour with the cloudy appearance one would expect from an unfiltered. Nice an light in the mouth with average carbonation. Tastes of soft grass, hint of ginger with a very mild hop tossed in for luck. Clean grainy aftertaste. Good beer.
