Pours clear deep gold into a Sam glass. Off-white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Toasted nut aromas. Medium bodied with roasted nuts and pumpernickel. Lasting earthy resin finish.

Draft. Cloudy pale yellow color, large fluffy white head, amazing crazy lacing. Aroma of lemony, peppery perfume and flowers. Taste is bitter dusty straw, pepper, light spice. Fantastic!

Bottle at De Molen tasting. Hazy golem yellow pour with thin white head. Grassy fresh aroma. Strong grassy hop flavour with spice and fruit. Very bitter finish.

Draft @ Novare Res Bier Café. Lightly cloudy yellow this some decent head and lace. Nose of citrus hops, spice. Taste is much the same with a quality rye note in the background. A good hop profile that complaint’s the rye. It’s very much like a hoppy APA with a rye character. I would drink this again and I may pick-up a bottle in the near future. Not sure if it is at all the same in a bottle but I’ll give it a try.
