Most definitely, this first and foremost a wheat ale. You can taste the wheat from start to finish. A faint toasted note from the addition of flaked oats is present in the beer as well. This is a light bodied beer that finishes with a spicy layer in the end. The overall impression should be an easy-to-drink refreshing ale.

Bottle (backlog 2014). Pale, slightly unclear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma is refreshing av fruity with coriander and fruity yeast. Flavor is also light and refreshing with citric fruit, coriander and yeast. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite nice, not very complex Wit.

Bottle with cork 0.75ltr: Slightly hazy golden coloured brew with an fine citrus and grapefruit-ish taste and hints of well hidden honey. Only one critical note the Americans don’t get the right hazyness of an real Belgian Witbier, and this brew no exception. But the beer is an good special thirstquencher.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a pale golden with medium frothy white head. The aroma is clove, wheat, citrus. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light dry finish, very good.

Corked bottle. Blonde, hazy. Mint, coreander and lemon peel in the aroma and flavor. Some yeasty notes, lemon, Thinnish. Well crafted witbier, but was it really worth the 10 euros you have to pay for this beer in the Netherlands?

Gott - tack Daniel!

GABF. Bottle pour. Hazy amber beer, dry and crisp. Subtle fruits dominated by banana esters. Slightly spicy finish. Okay.
