Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, wheat malt, fruits and hops.

TYpical German hefeweizen with some notes of fruit and of course a very wheaty body. Good for drinking between Jopen’s more special brews.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, moderately lacing, lasting, white head. Wheaty aroma with a touch of honey, banana and straw. Taste is moderately sweet wheat malty, slightly strawy, grainy, late minimally spicy; slightly watery overall.

33cl bottle shared with Joes and Dutchdrebus. Hazy a bit cloudy pale yellow-golden color, small white head that almost instantly disappears. Not much aroma. Taste wheat, lightly sweet, a bit yeasty. Mwah. A bit boring imo. A bit fizzy carbonation, low to medium body.

Bottle @ benzai thx to benzai. Cloudy pale yellow with a small white head that doesn’t last. Smells herbs, spices, malts, slightly dusty.. I expected banana but i don’t smell it, thank god for that. Tastes just slightly banana, herbs, spices, malts. Thin to medium body, fizzy carbo.

On tap at Jopen festival Haarlem. Hazy golden yellow colouw, dense white head. Aroma of wheat, sweet banana, some yeast. Flavour is sweet, banana, light fruity, wheat, light spicy, sweet finish with a light sour hint. Oily mouthfeel, a bit thin at times. Light bodied. Nice.
