Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 12A, adapted). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L16169/12 (BBF 31.MAY.2018). AROMA: médium to médium-low malt aroma (grainy) with cardboard notes of the same intensity. APPEARANCE: light gold color and clear. médium white head with médium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with cardboard flavor upfront. low malt (grainy-sweet). médium-low bitterness with a dry finish. PALATE: médium-low body with médium carbonation. OVERALL: a sample completely ruined by oxidation although its best before is untill may 2018... Needs to be retasted.

Tap at Jopen. First Gerstbier I’ve ever had. Awesome doughy body. Mellow, supremely sessionable. Creamy body. Maybe hints of corn or wheat. Solid.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Café, Halifax. Light golden with a thin head, and a dry, slightly raw hoppy texture. It’s most fruity in its nose, with some of this evident in its taste too.

Dorada miel, de espuma blanca poco duradera. Aroma dulce acaramelado, notas herbales. Bastante bebible.
