Bottle as shown thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head that diminshes to nothing. The aroma is a strong funk and oak. Thin mouthfeel with strong funk and fruit with light sourness in finish. Very good.

They may be relatively new, but they can make a fine gueuze. Sour, grassy and intense.

Bottle. Pours golden with a big creamy head. Aroma is sour and funky with hay, earth and brett. Medium body with quite lively carbonation. Flavour is sour with lemon and sour apples, as well as good funky notes of barn, brett, vinegar and notes of earth, before a nice tart finish.

Bottled( bottled 15/3/2003): Cloudy, deep golden with an orangey sheen, loose, but quite stable white foam, apples and citrus fruits in the mouldy and slightly bretty nose, some unusual herbal aromas detectable as well; solid dry sour flavour with a bitter touch, light to medium bodied; cidery and mouldy in the sour and astonishingly bitter finish. Good Gueuze…

750mL bottle at Euston tap, pours a cloudy darkish orange with a small white head. Aroma of barnyard funk, some tart apricoty fruits, and mild acidity. Flavour brings out loads of barnyard funk, some tart apricot and peach, low acidity and some oak barrel complexity. Very complex overall - very tart, fruity and funky, finishing on oaky notes. Excellent gueuze.
