First brewed for the WA Hop Mob in 2016, Mount Saint Humulus Triple IPA smells like a fresh bag of the finest Yakima Valley hops. Hopped with Warrior®, Columbus, Mosaic®, Ekuanot®, Simcoe®, and Citra® for aromas of citrus, tropical, blueberry, apricot and floral with a dangerously smooth bitterness. Be careful, folks... Mount Saint Humulus might blow your top right off.

Hop Mob at BPP. God amber mix. Good deal of green resin. Though most attenuated in my sampler. Some sweet hop flavors mixing with the resin. Love the lack of malt sweetness but not particularly enthralled with the hops.

Draft pour at the Collective, after striking out on this beer previously. Light, clear copper pour with no head. Big grassy hop aroma. Their beer smells and tastes like baseball and summer to me. Good stuff. Bitter finish, but not harsh. Solid triple.
