33 cl. bottle @ Geofort, Herwijnen. Pale yellow with a white head. Grainy aroma with some faint hops. Taste is bittersweet, as a pilsener should be. Nice enough pilsener, which can’t be said of most other Belgian ones.

(Bottle, 0.25 l - BB 23.07.15, thanks FatPhil, 20150721) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and a hint of grain. Palate was medium bodied with stinging carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, berries, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A weird and not good brew.

Klare goldgelbe Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch schwach hopfig, leicht malzig, wässrig. Geschmack sehr hopfig, unangenehm bitter, metallisch, würzig, getreidig.

Dorada clara, brillante. Espuma bonita de un dedo, poca efervescencia. Aroma escaso, a cereal. Cuerpo medio, bastante carbónica. Muy seca. Amargor agradable. Buena cerveza de sesión.

11 oz bottle. Decent co2. Fairly mild and laid back for an old country pilsner and I appreciate that. Actually I think it should be a pale lager its so smooth. Lacks any of that sharp pils bite so common with old country pils. Yes, an easy going beer Civilized and reserved, not bad overall and better than expected. Good interesting finish.

Pale golden, white head. Least intense aroma in a long time. Smells of nothing. Flat and watery, no aftertaste. Bad.

(Draught at Engelbewaarder, Amsterdam, 1 March 2015) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, clean nose with notes of bread, cereal and hay. Malty taste with bread, grain, hay and a fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Middle-of-the-roadish pale euro lager, no faults, but quite boring. Drinkable.

Draft. Just a regular pilsner. Golden color, white head. Taste of grainy malt and some bitter hops. Decent.
