Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As De Koperen Kat D’Oostpoort ].ABV: 6.0%. Clear dark dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light brown sugar, moderate yeasty, raisin - dried fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, raisin - dried fruit, sugary roasted malt, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - lively. Draught @ Koperen Kat. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, yeast, berries, caramel. Flavor is malty, yeast, caramel, berries, juniper, little chocolate, a hint of smoke. Medium body, soft carbonation. 270814

Bottle shared at the brewery. Warned that it may not be quite ready yet but after trying it seems fresh but good. Pours dark brown with a thick beige head, low retention. Aroma of raisins, dark fruit, caramel and some malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
