Draught (PINT Bokbier Festival 2015, Amsterdam) - Copper/amber with a slight haze. Caramel, sultanas and a hint of leather in the aroma. Biscuity, malty, grainy and slightly ’chewy’ taste with raisins, sultanas and caramel standing out.

On tap at PINT Bokbierfestival 2015. Clear, dark amber with a creamy tan head. Sweetish-malty aroma of caramel, nuts and sugar. Sweetish-malty taste of caramel, brown sugar and nuts. Short, slightly bitter, almost watery finish. Medium body, slightly watery, soft carbonation. Decent.

On tap at PINT Bokbierfestival ’15. Hazy dark amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of nuts, malts, some caramel, grass. Flavour is bitter, light malty, walnut, butter, caramel, bitter finish, hint of sourness. Light bodied. Best tasting Dutch bock of 2015, what a joke.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy red color, medium sized rough beige head. Smell and taste malts, quite bitter, brown malts. Average to medium body and carbonation. Actually not as bad as I had expected.

Bottle @ benzai. Copper colour with a small off-white head. Smells sour, old beer, failed. Tastes sour, infected, herbs. I don?t think this rating will come like a thunderstrike by clear sky to them. Medium body, medium carbo.

33cl bottle from ABCbeers. Thick creamy white head. Clear deep burgundy pour. A decent bock. Some sweetness but not as bad as the mass produced bocks.

Draft at the brewery. Pours cloudy brown this a medium tan head. Aroma of caramel, malts, toffee and some dark fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Well balanced rather then leaning towards the sweetness. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Fairly nice bock.
