Average appearance cider. After reading the commercial description of it I can pick up the slightest hint of cinnamon and perhaps something of the raisins and of course apples. Flavor is somewhat Like Nose, I also pick up a hint of Oak, no maple, but it's all very low key. Generally I prefer flavors that are more subtle than overt except for in things like chili and IPA and and steaks and stuff like that. But in this case I think they went a little overboard. It's good cider but nothing to write home about.

Golden. Sweet apple, light maple, some oak, ripe fruit. Medium bodied. The maple and oak rally softens the tart apple. Very enjoyable. Soft flavors throughout.

22oz Bottle Thanks Eric. Pours out a pale golden a small fizzy head. Nose is barrel vanilla maple apple sweetness. Taste is more of the oak maple sweetness apple and spice.

Bomber shared by Diceman. This thing is narsty. Yucky artificial sweet maple and oak. I don’t believe the flavors. Its rather unbearable and both of us really disliked it. And its not like the base Seattle cider is all that interesting.

Draft - Nice sweet oak and apple. Clear gold. Sweet and dry with some nice apple and maple. Dry finish.

On tap at WA Winter Beer Festival 2015, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subtle on the maple, with stewed apples dominating. Flavour is similar, with stewed apples, medium sweetness though without any real notice of maple syrup, and a touch of acidity. Really nicely constructed. Good stuff.
