Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. Like any campfire experience, this beer is best shared with a warm circle of family and friends.
Our newest full production release, available year round. This beer was a blast to create and brew. We put over 4 lbs per bbl of Graham crackers in the mash, we used chocolate malt and to top it off added a natural toasted marshmallow flavor. Our number one selling beer!

Small tan head, fed by finely carbonated red-shot, if nearly pitch-black beer. Black, but sweetened chocolate, chocolated coffee, toffee, treacle, caramel. All of them, and then some. SMELLS viscous. Sweet with ever so slightly bitterish roasted notes. Bourbon, vanilla, chocolate icecream topping. Backthroat alcoholheat, which is difficultly explainable by the 6.5 % ABV. Warming up, vlaai, if you understand the reference. Medium bodied, quite slick, slight viscosity. Light alcoholburn. Sweet. Tad too sweet, for my preferences. Still, if you like your portion of treacle...

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour, no head. Aroma is big time vanilla, liquorice and some sweet wooden and toffeeish notes. Flavour is big time vanilla, roasted malts, some toffee as well as mild chocolate and coffee as well. Yum.

Bottle. Dark brown color, medium creamy brown lasting head. Aroma of huge (milk) chocolat, some vanilla, mocha, some grainy biscuit, hint of roast. Quite sweet taste, medium bitterness. It’s like liquid chocolat with grainy biscuits, just like the description. Finishes a bit dry with a soft burn in the end. Velvety body. Although I love chocolat in beer, it’s maybe a bit too sweet and too much on the chocolat. Great amount of flavor in a 6.5% beer though.
