New World flavours infuse this traditional Czech-style Pilsner. Bittered with timeless Bohemian Saaz and finished with a heavy measure of New Zealand Motueka, this Pilsner is dry-hopped for a lively citrus lift.

Hazy light amber color with compact head. Moderate grass aroma, slightly metallic (6.5). Good round mouthfeel; with such color, the malt base has an expected caramel component (7.5), some cereal, a bit of hay, that plays well with the grass power from the hop; strong bitterness, leading to a satisfactory final, almost pungent, chewy, long, perfect.
Almost Kellerbier, excellent.

2013-12-22, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 7-4-7-4-15=37
The color is light amber, hazy, with creamy head. Dry but solid mouthfeel, with good malts accent, and almost a citrusy touch (cedar); the bitterness level is strong but balanced.
Unexpected, very interesting.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of loads of cracker malt, cereal, and some crisp dry grassy hops. Great crisp mouthfeel with very high drinkability. Not the best local pilsner, but pretty high up there. Great stuff.
