Arborant une délicate robe dorée accompagné de bulles fines et persistantes, il offre un nez expressif d’où émane des parfums d’agrumes de pommes et de fleurs. Ce sublime cocktail au cidre exprime une belle vivacité grâce au houblon sélectionné exclusivement pour son goût unique et sa légère amertume. Le résultat final s’approche d’une bière blanche mais il en demeure un cidre avec tous ses attributs distinctifs.

Lovely tart apples and grassy, slightly citric hops. Clean mouthfeel, clean crisp finish. Tart apple goodness. Really nice.

Bottle at Matt’s
Very pale yellow color, no head. Very nice aroma, it reminds me of moscato sparkling wine. Unfortunately it’s rather dry; it would perform better with some sweetness; the flavor is regular, a bit acidic, quite nice too.
Good cider.

Bottle - Light sweet apple, bit leafy. Clear pale gold. Sweet and tart very dry apple. Quite drinkable but I don’t get the hops. Light acidity in the finish.

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out mostly dry apples, with some light floral hoppy notes. Flavour is mostly apples and medium sweet, with just a touch of floral hoppiness. Wouldn't have guessed this was hopped if it wasn't in the name. Pretty solid medium-dry cider.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color cider with good carbonation. Aroma of light sweet apple notes with very subtle dry hops notes. Balanced residual sugar but limited complexity makes this an average offering.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apples and citrusy hops, tropical fruit, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet apple pulp with light lemony notes, light floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
