Hazy amber beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and well carbonated and crispy. Airy thin malts. Light spicy yeast. Hops are thin floral orange, somewhat insipid. Light dry finish brings more mild spice. A bit thin and yeasty but okay.

Bottle 500ml. @ pre. The Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2014, TSODRBSG14. [ As Tempest Farmhouse ale ].Clear medium amber yellow color with a huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, funky, spicy, light coriander, light floral. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, spicy, yeasty, coriander - pepper notes, funky notes, light dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle. A dense, finger-thick off-white head forms over an unclear, dark golden body. The aroma has some grassy, piney hops, a touch of saison yeast and some pale malts. A ilttle milky touch too. Itβs dry on the palate, with a good carbonation level. Medium to full body. Grass, pine cones, pale malts and saison yeast flavor, with a nice bitterness lasting for a good while. Not much spices to be found. Quite nice this one, but not superb in any way. 140829

Bottle at home. It pours hazy orange-amber with a medium white head. The earthy, doughy, funk, barnyard, spice, hay and light sweetness. The taste is doughy, barnyard, spice, faint tartness, metallic twang, light citrus peel and funk with a dry finish. Medium body and pretty high carbonation. Carbonation is a bit too much in my opinion. Decent nonetheless.
