A refreshingly crisp and natural alternative to beers and coolers.

Can from the lcbo. Pale, clear yellow pour, with no head. Super sweet apples, apple pie and quite a bit of honey and cinnamon. This is obviously sweetened. Oily mouth feel, medium carb. Sweet apple pie finish wknt lingering cinnamon notes. Too sweet, lacks brightness and crispness.

Poured from 355mL can. Clear, pale blonde with no head. Dominant ginger with a light apple finish. Fine for what it is.

Good foam on a heavily carbonated light gold body, heavy fake sweet candy apple on the nose. Flavour is muddy apple pie. Lots of sugar on the tongue. Very fake and sweet. Can found in Oliver, BC. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ginger Apple Cider on 12 Jan 2016 at 22:19 - Score: Appearance - 2 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4. Original review text: 355ml can. Minimal head and yellow soda body. Lots of ginger on the nose with vague hints of apple, but all candy-like. Flavour is soda apple with a spicy ginger finish. Weak on the mouth. Sadly not a well brewed cider but more of a soda cooler.

355ml can. Pours a clear straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet aroma of apple juice. Sweet flavour of apple juice with a crisp, slightly dry, tart green apple skin finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. Bland, boring and not very dry.

Actually this is quite sweet and bland, just a touch of that eating apple taste.

355ml can at Jamey’s. Pours a pale golden with no head. Aroma brings dry and sweet aroma of fermented apples. Taste is not so sweet as aroma, it is more dry. Not bad, refreshing stuff.

Draft - Very sweet apple and tart peel. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet, tart and light funky green apple. Reasonably dry. Better than sweet macro stuff, but just barely. Very jolly rancher like.

On tap at Darby's, pours a clear dull blonde with no head, but noticeable carbonation. Aroma smells like a macro cider but pleasant enough, with artificially sweetened apples. Flavour matches - with an artificial but not nasty apple flavour. Clean enough, with what seems like forced carbonation. Pretty poor.

On tap. Pours a yellow straw color with no head. Lots of carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut apples. Flavors of golden apples; crisp and clean. Nice enough when well chilled but nothing special.
