The nose offers spiced yeast with a solid hint of cloves. The taste profile begins softly, with Belgian yeast, cloves and other spices, citra hops , a splash of lemon and banana emerging over the next few seconds. The significant effervescence adds to the refreshing impact of this beer. Another well balanced high-quality product from Le Castor.

På Eple & Humle, Gladmaten 2025. Fra 0,44 boks: klar gylden med fint k\skum som varer. Crisp og lettdrikkelig, med dominerende citrusfrukter (særlig ciitron og lime). Urtebitterhet i avslutningen.

Bomber from chez gibb in rouyn noranda. Clear golden pour with a huge white head. The best way to describe this is a perfect balance between a mid range german hefe and a citra hopped american pale ale. A true hybrid beer with the best of both worlds. Big grapefruit citrus hops, with banana and wheat, yeasty esters. Awesome stuff.

473ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with averge to huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, miimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and citrusy fruity, slightly herbal-grassy, minimally floral, hoppy aroma, notes of lemongrass, some lime, hints of fresh hay. Taste is juicy, citrusy fruity and slightly grassy, hoppy, sweet-ish, wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, notes of lemon juice, lemongrass, mild hop bitterness. Minimally oily, watery texture, dry and minimally crumbly palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very citrusy, very refreshing - good!

Can from Beer Republic. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, yeasty and moderate hoppy - citrus and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 020523

Can at Joe Beef. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong clove, yeast, wheat, floral, citrus. Medium body, juicy, similar flavors to nose, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle from Chez Ben. Clear pale gold under a large fluffy off white head that fades slowly and leaves patchy lace. Nose is cloves, banana, yeast, lemon peel, wheat, grass, and some light floral notes. Flavour is light sweet fruit with a light+ grassy bitterness and light spice in the finish. Mouth is medium- with active carbonation. 8/3+/7+/4/16-

Arôme : Levures fruitées (bananes) et épicées, céréales, léger houblon floral, fruité (agrumes, notes de fruits tropicaux) aux notes citriques.
Goût : En entrée de bouche : Goût de levures fruitées (bananes) et moyennement épicées (clou de girofle, léger de poivre) avec des traces de gomme balloune. Un ferme support de céréales est également présent avec une légère amertume de houblon herbeux, floral, fruité (agrumes, traces de fruits tropicaux) aux notes citriques et épicées.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : légèrement crémeuse. Finale : moyenne-longue et légèrement sèche, composée d’une légère amertume de houblon floral, légèrement épicé, fruité et aux notes herbeuses.
