Slightly sour rhubarb on the nose. Full white head on a very effervescent light straw body. Taste profile smacks with green apples, sour lemon, rhubarb and raspberry. Sweet malt, tart finish and lots of bubbles to keep it from getting sticky.

On tap at the brewhouse in gravenhurst. Hazy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is slightly sour, with some nice marketed wheat notes and some solid lemon zest. Mouthfeel is very light, and a touch watery, with a very soft carb. The finish is slightly tart, lemony, and a touch yeasty. A nice Berliner.

Keg at Bar Hop, Toronto. Pours pale straw with a white cap. Aroma: wheat, rhubarb, citrus, passion fruit. Taste: light to moderate sweet, light lacto tartness, green apples, sour lemon, rhubarb. Light to medium body with spritzy carbonation.

ABV: 3.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, passion fruit - sweet citrus, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, passion fruit, wheat, lemon - citric, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]
