Fairly clear, golden coloured body with a nice, two centimetre tall, pure white head that fades very quickly to just about nothing, a few seconds later. Aroma of grass, hay, very light alpha acid hops with some lager yeast, even, along with a touch of very light stone fruits - apricots, peaches and a hint of apples and pears on the balance as well. Light to Medium-bodied; Malt notes show first with some hay, grain, subdued fruity flavours and a good deal of yeast and light hops on the back end. Aftertaste shows some more noticeable sweetness from the fruit that is there, with some apple and lightly spiced pear notes along with some more prominent caster sugar and straight sugar flavour, coupled with a good malt backbone that shows a nice balance and some grassy and hay-like complexities from the yeast. Overall, a nice saison-y beer that is slightly more even-keeled and easy-drinking than a typical saison, but is just as dry and oddly enough, showing more of lager yeast flavours versus any ale yeasts. Good to sample and not a bad option for the spring/summer, but not the best saison/grissette out there, either. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in Clarendon (Arlington), Virginia on 06-May-2020 for US$2,29 sampled at my house here in Washington on 06-July-2020, exactly two months later.

$2.79 can, TWG. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a white head. Yeast, coriander, wheat nose. Flavor is coriander, wheat, yeast, lemon peel.

Flavour of chalky malts, zingy orange and coriander seed. Dry finish. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Grossly overpriced at £7 - how much of that is BrewDog mark-up?

12 ounce can. Pours a pale gold with a massive frothy white head. Subtle yeasty wheat malt nose has a lemony accent. Flavor mirrors the aroma. Tangy wheat and lemon with a slightly sour funkiness. Some dryness in the finish, with a hint of white pepper. Refreshing and flavorful.
