We brew this trippel with a Trappist yeast strain to hold true to the traditional style. The flavors are incredibly complex with notes of mild fruit that finish with just a bit of clove. Although this beer has a slightly higher ABV, you will find it finishes very smooth and dry on the palette. This makes for a perfect summer sipper.

Bottled. Pours a cloudy yellow brown with white head. Aroma is cloves banana and yeast. Taste is similar. Mild grapefruits as well

Aroma of bready malt, soft ripe fruits, orange, banana, spicy yeast, some herbal and veggie notes. Flavour is medium sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Not boozy at all. Decent Tripel.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear honey gold with some yeast floaties and full finger of white head that lingers. Nose of bubblegum, clove and light coriander with warming alcohol. Bubblegum, honey and peppery hops on the palate. Honey sweetness mid-palate but finishes up with an herbal, dry finish.

355ml bottle. Hazy, amber-ish brown colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity and slightly bready, malty aroma, hints of apple, baked apple, a touch of toffee. Taste is minimally sweet fruity, notes of yellow apple, baked apple, minimally toasty, caramel malty basis with a touch of toffee; slightly dry, fruity finish with hints of apple parings. Well hidden alcohol, easy drinkable, slightly monotonous.

Bottle at the Great Beer Bar, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is gluey caramel malt, light boozy alcohol. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, malt, big yeasty, light alcohol, light dry floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Aus der Flasche (2015) im 2018-05 getrunken. Dieses Ale hat typische aber nur leichte Abbey Tripel Aromen. So wie es überraschend süffig ist so belanglos ist es leider auch.
