There’s a beer for everyone. Ridgetop Red is everyone’s beer.
Full-bodied and smooth with a sweet caramel flavor balanced with Northwest Liberty hops for a refreshing finish.

Can from Beer Republic. Almost clear amber to copper color, short frothy head. Aroma of red fruit and toasted malts, slight ice tea. Soft bitter taste, sweetness of butterscotch and toasted or burned malts. Decent brew. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ridgetop Red on 17 Dec 2017 at 19:35 - Score: 7

355ml can. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty and minimally earthy, grassy, aroma, hints of dark berries. Taste is slightly dry and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of dark berries and cherry, caramel malty background, an earthy-grassy touch as well. Not really worth a transcontinental and transatlantic journey.

On tap at Silver City, pours a cloudy amber with a small beige head. Aroma reveals light bready notes - not much else. Flavour is bland, with toasted bready notes. Very weak and bland. Okay, but not intriguing.

Toasted malts win the day on this amber ale. Not much more to say. Red with a tan head. Medium bodied. Lots of toast. Decent.
