Bottle: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of spruce with light cereal notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a nice mix of spruce notes with some cereal notes and a dry finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy to drink with nice spruce notes that don’t overwhelm.

Bottle in trade with Thomas, cheers! 7.0% abv. Pours a murky mid brown with a medium sized bubbly off-white head. Aroma of spruce, pine, malt, chocolate, with floral notes, lavender and herb. Quite high herbal sweetness, very light bitterness. Medium body, milky texture, soft carbonation. A rather curious brew.

Amber with a white head - Malt and some herbal notes - Malt body with some caramel flavurs and there is some herbal flavours - The malt and herbs goes into the finish - This was nice

Sample at Borefts 2016. Poured a crystal clear dark amber. The aroma is red berry fruit light yeast, light hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a smooth yeasty red berry fruit light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Rather nice!

At BBF, clar light copper color, light nutty and shrubs aroma and flavor with some caramel behind. coleman’s mustard in the flavor, Nice and interesting.

Sampled at Borefts 2016, Bodegraven. Clear orange pour with a thin white head. Notes of orange zest, metallic bitterness, floral hops. Medium body, light carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.
