Cask, småbryggeriernas beer festival, Malmö. Clear orange-red coloured, with a small off-white head. Sweet caramels on the nose. Tastes like the caramels called the king of Denmark, sweet rapberries, tree sap and with a little herbal bitterness. Odd to come to termes with but after a few sips not as sweet anymore and a experiment that really worked.

Bottle. Fresh as a spring forest, sweet as candy - and well balnced as a really good beer. Notes of grass, cranberries and campari. Very refreshing, yet without that certain hop bitterness. Highly drinkable. Unique.

Bottle at Bishops Folkungagatan. Fresh forest aroma. Sweet refreshing brew, rather smooth mouthfeel. Piney, resin taste, but not in the bitter oily way DIPAs provides.

Cask (Bishops Arms, Folkungagatan, Stockholm) - Dark brown with red tinges. Pine needles, caramel and dried fruit in the aroma. The taste is very interesting with notes of spruce, dried fruit and nuts. Interesting and enjoyable.

Cask at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Lightly hazy mahogany colour. Fruity nose with mild fir needle aroma. Mid sweet with above medium body and really soft mouthfeel. Bready, cushiony malt where cherry blossoms meets deep taiga forests. Laidback and pleasant, mild and drinkable, yet experimental and really interesting.
