Calgary’s IPA with heaps of citrus flavours. This well-balanced ale leans on the tropical fruit hop notes while a floral nose can be detected. Balanced. Fragrant. Robust.

On tap at LB tap house yyc. Clear light copper with a small lingering white cap that leaves stringy lace. Light caramel with grass and resin. Light malt sweetness with a medium grass and pine bitterness. Mouth is medium with soft carbonation and a light bitter finish.

13/IX/19 - 355ml can, shared @ Totem's first non-brewing brewing day, BB: n/a, canned: 15/IV/19 - (2019-1379) Thanks to Annemie for the can!
Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, lots of orange peel, bit resinous. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, bit oxidized, malty touch, dry, resinous hops. Aftertaste: malty, bitter, dry, some fruity notes, orange peel, bit medicinal. Probably better when younger than 5 months.

355ml can. Pours a clear gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of biscuit malt, mango, orange, grapefruit and piney hops. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, caramel, lemon rind, grapefruit and pine resin in a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty solid.

On tap at Last Best, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and caramel malt. Flavour is quite malty, with lots of caramel malt, subdued resinous hops, and bready notes. Too malty and sweet for me, but it's pleasant.

At Joey Chinook's in Calgary. One of the few passible beers, full of Marco and their craft bastard children. Cloudy light amber. Light citrus and some resin hop nose. Taste is light malt, with resin hop, that lingers rather bitter on palate. It's ok.

On tap. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Aromas of toffee, sweet malts and light pine. Flavors are same with emphasis on malts over hops. Smooth and easy to drink.
