Pizzeria Paradiso, Georgetown tap ($10): Pours a black colour with a beige head. Aroma is cream, chocolate, sugary diner cofee, and some maltiness. Taste is slightly sweet. Body is pretty substantial for a beer with such low alcohol. Good milk stout.

33 cl. bottle split with Kraddel. Apparently brewed with whey – this is actually enjoyable which wasn’t the running theme with the whey Beers @ BBF 12. Lighter black, mocha head. Sweet honey, cacao cornflakes in the nose, powdered chocolate milk, sweet hazel & coffee alternative. Bitter, light roast in the front, musli, choco pofs, hazelnut, fake coffee, sweetness in the back, milk remains (whey I assume), extracts, fake chocolate, sweetness, odd, tad fake but artificial. Medium bodied, by very far the best one of the whey beers made for Borefts 12.

Towering dark brown-beige head, dense & fine over deep brown beer with foxy highlights. Intense mocha nose, sweetish, café noir cookies or sugared "coffeebeans". Sweet, but with a very roasted edge. There is a certain lactic strrak, but nowhere outspoken. The oats, however, are obvious. Feels very carbonated indeed. Very slick, only the carbonation preventing true viscosity. The body remains relatively light. Decent light, sweet "nourishing" stout. The lactose is well-integrated.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 2. Almost opaque dark brown beer, big fluffy pale tan head. Light palate with low carbonation, semi dry. Smooth milky malt with a nice touch of very mild coffee. Smooth dry finish. Did not get any cheese in this at all!
