Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, herbal, citrus and pine. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, caramel and piney finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap, 6.7% abv, at Haand Ølfestival, shared with Finn. Clear golden-brown coloured body. Patchy white head, spotty lacing. Caramel malty nose. Taste profile of brown malts, a little orange fruit and lightly spiced. Medium bodied. Good drinking. An extra score for the red and black pump clips (Drammen 29.05.2015).

Keg at Borefts day 2 27/09/2014. Bodegraven. Bright golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is subdued, veg, cucumber, light spicy hop. Flavour si biscuity/ caramel malts, spicy hop with a little bit og resin. Not much to it really. Bit boring. Palate is semi sweet, highis carbonation. Meh.

Keg at BBF 6, 27/09/14. Clear dark amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is earthy hop, spice, woody notes, bitter orange. Taste comprises light floral notes, bitter orange, hop presence, bitter orange, hops, pine, hint of grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok drinkable affair but lacks hop oomph.

[9/27/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Nice clear shiny amber. Malty and mildly hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty flavor with some slightly piney hops, caramel and moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Dark amber, little solid off-white head; Mineral, herbal, spruce, pine nose. Taste is mineral, herbal, floral, forest, iron, pepper. Served a bit too cold. Good, unique take on the IPA.
