Galaxy and Warrior hops join forces to create a beer with a bitter punch. Big body, bold flavor, with a boost of citrus rind and just a kick of spiciness in the finish, Intergalactic Warrior is an India Pale Ale worth fighting for.

Very hazy deep orange coloured body with a very large, microfoamed off-white head, about five centimetres tall, above the 90 per cent opaque body. Aroma of grass, citrus, hay, light sugars and some crisp hops and bitter scents - nice! Medium-bodied; Strong rich biscuity and slightly grainy malt notes dominate with a pretty funky and cardboardie flavour, but balanced well with a lightly citrus hop flavour that has some alpha acid bitterness and a good kick of sugars at the end. Aftertaste is pretty balanced and easy-drinking, but still fairly bitter from the fresh hops and showing some biscuity and funky malts, but the sugars and light fruitiness at the end provide some complexity. Overall, a nice, balanced IPA that is easy-drinking, relatively low ABV, while still having some actual hop bitterness. Nice to sample far from Iowa by way of Michigan, but sampled down in Washington. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from ml. Spirits in Birmingham, Michigan on 18-April-2023 for US$4,29, packaged on 02-October-2020 with a 'best by' date of 30-January-2021 but sampled at my house here in Washington on 01-June-2023.

Can. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is pine, some citrus, pineapple, mango, toffee and mild herbal and grassy hoppiness. Flavour is fruity, floral, some oats, mild citrus, some caramel tones. OK, but not very bitter.

I have a tall boy can purchased fairly recently at Mr. Tβs nearby. Out of date but what are you gonna do? My Buffalo Bayou snifter is arrayed, letβs proceed. I determine a cloudy, off-yellow liquid with a dwindling top of fully white bubbles. The scent is orange, tropical fruit and forest. A drink, pineapple, a light touch of mango, pine, some lemon taste and bitterness and grass. Not thin, certainly not thick, but not an unpleasant sensation. A tolerable beer, better than average.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, even zest, with green melon. Med body - tho a bit thin. Flavor is very grapefruit zest, green melon got lost, but there's some earthy aspects, as well as a weed not. Juicy; dryish; nicely bitter. Very good flavor.

US Pint can at my daughters in Laguna Hills, California on 3rd January 2022. Misty yellow body, thin white head. Citrussy nose and taste, grapefruit esters and flavours to the fore, no other fruits were harmed in the making of this hoppy IPA.

Can (10/2/20) pour from Total Wine & More, Burlington. Appearance is cloudy tangerine juice with nice sparkle at the edges of the glass, 2-finger width white rocky foam head with excellent retention and decent soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus. Taste follows aroma. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, these guys know how to make a NEIPA look and feel good in their sleep. Sadly, aroma and flavor are pretty one dimensional, which would have been amazing 4-5 years ago. Not bad by any means but not terribly interesting either.

Can from Tom, thanks for the opportunity. Hazy lemon yellow bordering on gold with a frothy white head that persists. Citrus and pith with bits of tropical fruit and a hint of pine with some sweet bready malt underneath.
