On tap. Shared with my wife. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head. Sweet fruity aroma of grapefruit and apple. Sweet fruity flavour of grapefruit, apple and white wine with a dry, crisp, tart finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and average carbonation. A little weird, but nice.

From a can. Hazy yellow color, almost like a wit beer. Light apple flavor, mildly sour grapefruit and citrus flavor. A lottle sweet. Light and refreshing palate. This is enjoyable. A refreshing beverage.

Grapefruit, lemon, lime, ginger nose. Milky pale yellow with a greenish hue. Stale cereal, yeast, grapefruit, lemon zest and urinal cake. Light body, still.

Draft pour pint at the Schilling cider house. Pours a pale lemonade color with no head. Viciously sweet apple aroma. Flavor is extremely sweet as well, with a lingering sugar cereal palate. Fruit pebbles maybe. The flashback flavor is there, but can’t quite pinpoint it. Grapefruit is there, but it’s sugared down. To be fair, this is advertised as sweet. In my short cider journey, I guess I’m learning I enjoy the dry ciders. Overall, there are good qualities here. A stinging mouthfeel from high citrus. Strange, but not bad.

Draft - A sweet citrusy ginger. So pale, almost water. Pale tart citrus with a touch of sweet ginger. Tart and dry. Nice.

Cloudy hay with no head. Aroma is grapefruit juice with mild tartness. Flavor is dry grapefruit, light tart, and a sweet undertone. The grapefruit isn’t too intense, though it does drown out most of the apple, leaving only the tart note behind. Not very sweet, more dry, which works very well with the grapefruit. finish is pretty dry. Holy crap, this is so dangerous. Does not drink like a hard beverage. This was made for the summer.

22oz bottle pours a very hazy, straw gold with a ring of white head. Nose has a ton of citrus, big grapefruit, white grapefruit juice, lemon, tangerine, tart green apple. Flavor has a weird mix of tart green apple and lemon, white grapefruit, white grape, a little vinous. Lemony finish.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lot of visible carbonation. Thin head. Aroma of grapefruit, ginger, apples and a bit of earth. The taste is grapefruit, white wine, ginger, tart apples and a faint bit of bubblegum. Thin bodied, mild lingering tartness. Disjointed and a little weird.

650 ml bottle. Pours a watery straw color with no head. Aromas of sweet lemonade, sour grapes, and green apples. Flavors of sweet applesauce and light citrus. Possibly too sweet; there are underlying cidery notes but tartness is missing. Incredibly easy to drink.
