Bottle. Hazy golden color. Head is enormous. When I poured it was like all head and no visible beer :) Taste is sugarsweet with lots of ginger. Nice to taste, but I dont think I would drink two of this in a row.

Hazy blond color. Sweetish aroma, with a clear cinnamon footprint. Very sweet, round, correct bitterness, strong cinnamon. Funny, unprofessional, enjoyable.

Bottled. Golden beer with white head. Sweet and slightly sour nose. Spices too. Sweet taste of crackers and cardamom. Sweet finish. Rating: 6-3-6-3-12-3. 051028
Bottle, two different vintages, 2005 and 2007. An unclear, golden beer with a small white head. Cookies, ginger and cardamom on the nose, the ginger toned down in the oldest bottle. Cookies, ginger and pale malts in the flavor, as in the aroma, the ginger had faded over the years, and there’s some oxidation too. Pleasant sweetness. Medium body. Cookies and spices in the finish. Definately a strange beer, but I like it. 100212

[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] A hazy dark yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet with loads of cinnamon. The flavor is very sweet with cinnamon everywhere and a dry spicy end. Very Christmas like - or much like JensenTaster puts it, like drinking Bastogne cookies - I like Bastogne cookies and found this one surprisingly good.
