On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out a good mix of Belgian yeast and fresh apricots. Flavour follows suit with a very yeasty profile, with light juiciness from the apricot presence. Not very cohesive but it's acceptable. Too much of a yeasty mess. Meh.

Draft - Fruity esters, some apricot and vegetal notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Light sweet banana notes with that bit of vegetal and estery notes. Maybe there is something in the yeast they are using, but I don’t like their saisons at all.

Cloudy blond color. Decent apricot aroma. But the beer is very weak, rather dry, no apricot flavor, instead plenty of vegetables off flavors. Not good.
2015-04-20, draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 5.2% ABV, 5-3-4-2-8=22
Cloudy blond color. The aroma gives a strong impression of sugar floss. The mouthfeel is dry, the flavor is simple, there are vegetables, light sourness from the fruit, sugar floss, and a mild metallic character.
Messy. Not good.
