Layered and tart without being aggressively sour, with a mild berry sweetness underlined by oak and a touch of funkiness. Tasty.

Kolor różowy w smaku trochę czuć octu, ale głownie jest kwaśne, w smaku są również wiśnie i żurawina.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours red, with large red/pink head. Aroma is a perfect balance of tart cherries, and berries, subtly sweet, and creamy with some earthy, woody, slightly spicy barrel. Creamy mouth feel, soft carb. Tart, tangy, light balsamic notes with a fresh, tart, slightly sweet berry fruitiness that cuts right through it. Super impressed with this one.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma is loads of tart cherries and berries, mild oak, sourish red fruits. Flavour is tart and mild sour with a nice little sweetness. Body is medium. Lovely sweet/sour flavour and lots of tart red fruits, great beer.

Аромат отличный, свежая черешня, немного яблок. Цвет малиновый, практически без пены и с легким осадком. Вкус идеально сбалансирован, хорошая лимонная кислота идеально взаимодействует с выверенной карбонизацией. На началу больше ощущается кислота и квашеность от яблок. В послевкусие появляется немного сладкие нотки, и четкая косточка от черешни. В целом почти идеальный кислый эль.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Clear dark red coloured brew with an well balanced sour taste, great hints of mostly cherries and other sweetsour fruits.

Schönes Rotbraun im Glas, in der Nase sehr aromatisch, Rotwein, Kirschen. Im Trunk leichte Säure, wieder Rotwein, Trauben, erfrischend, leicht tartig, süffig, süß, passt. Schönes Sommerbier.

Barwa rubinowa, zamglone, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, dość szybko znika. W aromacie bretty, dojrzała wiśnia, nuty przyprawowo-korzenne. W smaku kwaśność średnia, nieco z kierunku wysokiej, lekka słodycz, dużo brettów, wiśni, nuty czerwonego wina i przypraw korzennych. Po pewnym czasie dochodzą lekkie nuty octowe, dodające rześkości, cierpkość od tanin, nuty dębowe od leżakowania, nuty skórzane. Wysycenie w normie, ciało też. Znakomicie pijalne i zbalansowane, piwo ekstremalnie bogate w doznania. Klasa światowa, po prostu.
