On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy rose color with a white head. Aroma is sour and fruity. Taste is slighlty tart with floral and some berry notes. Floral bitterness aftertaste peculiar to Saison.

Poured from the tap. Light pinkish brown with pinkish head. Cranberry juice with mild yeast, quick finish.

Reddish amber colour. Has that basic "thin Belgian" character with a dash of cranberry. Not much body, character or complexity. Disappointing foray into uncharted waters for this otherwise promising young brewery.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver, on nitro
Hazy light red color with nitro head. You will be drinking a bit of watery juice mixed with a lame beer, with a side of papier maché (wet paper), no bitterness, short final, timid refreshing elements. And just to be sure that nothing good happens, it’s on nitro.
Waste of money.

Draft - Estery Belgian yeasts and some tart Berry notes. Cloudy reddish with a rich light pink head. Light tart Berry, kinda flat and a long finish. Tastes like flat once carbonated juice or pop. UPDATE - Much more fruit forward with the yeasts in check. Light sourness on the nose and juice like on the palate. Still not great, but better.

On nitro tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy pinkish ruby red with a small pink-tinted white head. Nose is quite restrained, with faint notes of cranberries and a touch of yeast. Flavour is fruitier, with the cranberries upfront, only mild Belgian yeast notes. Mouthfeel sure is strange with the nitro - not sure why you'd do this to a saison. Not terribly exciting or enjoyable, but it's drinkable. Not a fan.
