Bottled shared with grogandk. Thanks brah! Pours a cloudy dark brown red. Thin almost clear white shortlasting head. Aromas of raspberry (!), slight mint, grass, some yeast. Taste is very raspberry aswell, very nice fruity sweetness, quite surprised this isn't more sour. Some nice fruity tartness in the end. Grass, yeast, also has quite a minty note to it aswell. Tart dry ending. Pretty high carbonation.

Way sweeter than I remembered. Sour, lots of cherry, bit of wood, and pretty sweet. I definitely like the flavours, but it's missing some complexity.

A big bottle shared at Sour Get-together 2019. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Aroma is wine, soft oxidation, malts, cherry or strawberry, light vanilla, acidity. Spice. Flavour is ripe fruit, caramel, fine oxidation. Slightly sweet.

Thanks Vinnie. Red with nice bubbly head. Aroma is all sorts of fruity, cranberry, raspberry, little bit of marzipan maybe. Taste very nice, lots of fruit, raspberry at the front, tiny bit of sourness, very nice. Maybe blueberry there too. Really fruity. Lovely. Nice spritziness. Nice and dry.
