can @ groezrock 2011 festival ( still traumatized, though ) so here it is, the worst brew known to man. they told me its even worse than meas pils, wich i didnt believe, wich than again made me curious. this was baught for my group of staff, instead of jupiler pils because this was cheaper. logical, i think this WAS jupiler but had been drunk before. firts sip went ok. second one was bad, third one made me throw it away and never ever take this one again. i heard its less worse from draft, and even a ’not bad lager’ than. but i’m not gonna check it out ! had this on draft now , very much times . its actualy my favourite lager on draft ( thats is available easely ) . who would have thought ? certainly not me .. i feel like rating this 3,7 now, its a very good lager on draft , but in can it was SO bad ... so rating this 3 for now ... DONT DRINK THIS FROM THE CAN

Bottle at home in London. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a weak white foam. Nose holds a bit of sugary cereal malts. Medium sweet flavor with cereal malts, some metallic zip, a bit of hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with some more metallic bite, more cereal, light dough, very mild paper and faint white sugar. It’s a very basic pale lager. Not overly sweet, which is a plus.

Belgian version if I read the label correctly, marked 4.8% ABV. Boring yellow body, modest head. Fruity aroma, slight malt hints. Flavour is weak and watery with a hint of bread on the back-end. The advertising’s right - this stuff does taste like spring water!

Bottle with Bart, whose father used to work here. Lightly hoppy aroma, soft malt. Sweet malt taste with a light bitterness. Drinkable. Better than your average Belgian pils. A little.

14.03.2011 draft@bar: average euro pale lager, watery, lots carbonation, grassy, wheat, watery grains, cheap corn, slightly crisp, decent enough, gets worse second glass 27.04.2018. Golden, little white head. Nose is vegetable corn, oily, vegetable, some actual hop. Basic oily vegetable hop oil, herbal, oily corn, vegetable, green, better than your average BE pale lager which is still not that good. Better score now 2.6 -> 3.1
