Our flagship beer is also one of the first Pacific IPAs ever produced. In search of a unique style that does not refer to either the English or the US schools, we have developed an innovative blend of hops from Japan, Australia, New Zealand and America. The result is an explosion of tropical scents ranging from coconut milk to mango, enriched with notes of apricot and citrus.

0.33 l bottle as a gifz. Pours hazy golden with very thin head. The fruity notes and the extreme hoppy bitterness are very very good combined both in aroma and taste. At first come the sweetish fruity and floral notes and then the overwhelming bitterness on the palate. Light to medium bodied, softly carbonated. Superb brew.

Lattina.

Bottle at Persee, Deventer. Citrussy hop aroma with orange, malt, lightly some grapefruit and a hint of caramel. Medium bitter with some sweetness. Body is medium. Bit of a throwback IPA, not bad. Classic hop profile, some malt.

150ml draught, shared with Finn at Omerta. Almost clear golden body, fragile lacing, tiny white head. Moderate aromas of tropical fruits and pineapple, mid-dry. Mixed taste of pineapple and grapefruit moments, offset by mild malty sweetness. Drying close, malt-fruity, distant bitterness to it. Decent. (Kraków, 16.10.2024).

Very clear Pacific IPA, sorachi ace is intense - not usually a huge fan of that hops, but this is not too intense, while providing a nice Australian hop profile with velvety grape and melon. Nice.

44cl can, nice design. Pours hazy bright pale orange, bubbly head with inconsistent texture, fading. Hoppy upfront. Flavor is super hoppy with spice, exotic hops, grapefruit, tropical friuits, fruity and earthy notes, all wrapped in crisp malts. Solid body, intensely bitter, super dry-hopped long flavored dry finish. Ecellent IPA
