29/10/2011 33cl bottle @ Gradi Plato, Rome - BB: 30/9/12 (2011-587)

Cloudy orange beer, creamy yellowish head, bit stable, irregular bubbles, bit adhesive. Aroma: very spicy, lots of elderflower, fresh herbs, flowers, touch of honey. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: grains, some honey, citrus fruits, very bitter hops, grassy, piny. Aftertaste: very dry bitter, resinous.

Bottle form Domus Birrae. Pours hazy amber with a beige head. Piney/floral/fruity aroma. Med body. Flavor is mild caramel with piney, floral and fruity hop. Rather com;plex hop. Excellent.

bottle from Gradi Plato, Rome. Deecent white head which fades quickly. Slightly hazy blond pour. Nice subtle bitterness. very nice ipa!

Draft at Makke. Bright yellow orange color, large white head with good lacing. Aroma of grapefruit > flowers > pine. Taste is fruity, lots of citrus, good balance. Nice one.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear medium to dark orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, apricot, hop oil. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop oil, fruity hops, apricot. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110611]
