Old rating, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Frisk fruktig lett syrlig lukt med preg av lys malt, humle, kattepiss, syrlig gras, tørka frukt, våte blad, karamell. Lett fruktig og tørr smak med preg av lys malt, humle, våte blad, jord, alkohol, gras, jern, karamell. God bitterhet som set litt. Kjedelig.

Tap at Borefts ’13, 28/09/13. Lightly hazed golden with a moderately sized white head. Nose is bitter orange, toasted malts, hop notes, grapefruit. Taste comprises juicy hops, mango, light grass, mandarin, hint of pine, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish. Well balanced easy drinking IPA.

Keg at Leeds International Beer Festival. Hazy orange. Lasting, white, bubbly head. Aroma is fruit salad sweets with a jarring hoppiness. Taste is very bitter but the fruity sweetness sticks around too. Huge, long bitter finish. You get your money’s worth with this one!

Dark orange colour, no head. Aroma of bittersweet citrus. Flavour also has this citrusy bitterness. The hops are quite floral.

Orange brown beer. Aroma is fresh and peppery with grassy hops and tropical fruit notes. Bitterness through the roof! It hits after an initial sweetness and hangs on the back of the tongue. A special IPA.

5 oz. glass on Draft @ When Pigs Fly. Clear yellow with steady carbonation. Nose is real grassy with citrus lemon hops. Flavor is bold grassy hops followed by kumquat and grapefruit citrus notes. However, the grassy / hay is the dominate hop. Body is medium, texture is extremely dry. This brew has a long lasting bitterness. It really must be close to the Imperial level of an IPA. Hops with tons of bitterness.

Bottled, BB 30 03 14, large sample. Slight hazy amber color, short off-white head. Aroma has only some hoppiness, bit grapefruit, hint of pine, onion. There’s only very little tropical fruit from the citra present. On their website I read Columbus, Citra and Simcoe as hops, but the hops have mostly fainted. I dont know how long before the date it is bottled, could be just a couple of months old or more than a year. Fact is, the hops are not that present at the moment. Furthermore, some malt, but not much. In taste it has a decent bitterness, bit citrussy, malt body is more prominent now. Aroma is a bit disappointing, in flavor it’s right where it should be. Decent brew.
