A nice light smattering of fruit in the nose. Granville Island produces pretty mild but palatable beers, and this one is no different. The malt is smooth and clean and there are solid hints of orange, melon and lemon in the taste profile. It is a bit of a light weight for a 4.6% session IPA, but refreshing and tasty.

Copper pour, medium white head. Aroma is bad at all. Some nice citrus, apricots, and subtle pine resin. Mouth feel is average, and tb carb is good. The finish is where this falls off. There is barely anything to speak of. Hints if earthy hops, and that’s about it! Incredibly dry,.it just falls off a cliff.

This session poured a really nice Amber colour with a foamy, tan coloured head. A little lacing. Scents include citrus/juniper hops, caramel and gravy. First swig was a little thin but had a lot of flavour. Flavours of tea, citrus, juniper and malt. Finish is medium bitter with hoppy goodness lingering... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at The Keg in Lethbridge. Pours a clear amber with a small, white head that laces. Faint aroma of biscuity malt and citrus. Sweet flavour of citrus, bready malt, grain and grass with a dry, mildly bitter, hoppy finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Meh.

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention. Aroma of citrusy hops notes is pleasant enough. Taste is quiet dry with light floral citrusy hops form the Citra hops with some light malt notes. Bitterness level is not too bad. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but doesn’t really stand out from the crowd either.

6-pack from my local Metro store. Pours a very slight unfiltered, light amber colour with a creamy-frothy warm cap, good retention and creamy lace. Nice Citra hops aroma with some caramel and other fruit notes. The taste has the beautiful grass hops, mild and balanced over the light grainy malts. Hints of mint in the finish making this quite refreshing. Even when not cold. Quite a nice brew for this summer’s popular style (India Session Ale).
