This characterful session Saison is a true delight for the palate! Notes of white pepper, coriander, orange, freshly cut flowers, and ginger come together beautifully in this easy-drinking Belgian-style Farmhouse beer. The delicate balance of herbal hop aromatics and spicy yeast flavors make this beer light, spritzy and refreshing.

"Amuse" is a Chameleon-like word with many meanings, and here, it means to have fun, to enjoy oneself. Amuse is a beer to enjoy with friends: to kick off a meal, to enjoy on a sunny afternoon outdoors, to share as a gift. We hope you’ll find drinking this beer as fun and amusing as it is for us to make. Cheers!

Clear golden coloured body with a slightly hazy glow of honey and a nice, three centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, hay, coriander seed, wheat, curacaco and a good deal of sugars - nice! Super light-bodied; Strong rich grassy and wheatie flavour with some coriander seed, curacao, sweetness and honey noticeable along with a bit of hay and a touch of hops near the end. Aftertaste is very dry and airy with some coriander seed freshness, a good deal of grass and a bit of unfinished sugars. Overall, a nice light beer that shows some nice and elegant characteristics that go very well here in Hawaii! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Malama Market in Haleiwa, O’ahu, Hawaii on 21-August-2016 for US$8,49 sampled in my hotel room down in Waikiki a few hours before leaving to go back to the mainland!

On tap at Både &. It’s an unclear yellow-orange colored beer topped by a small white head leaving curtains. The aroma is citrusy and peppery, with some pale malts. Almost funky. Oranges, grapefruit and some pine cones in the flavor, a nice bitterness too. It’s full bodied, dry and nicely carbonated, with a lasting fruity finish. Refreshing and tasteful indeed, but the mouthfeel I’d a bit weird. Sort of papery. 151208

On tap @ Både &. Really hazy yellow/golden body with a small, lacing, long lasting off-white head. Aroma of fruit like mango and oranges with some spiciness. Flavor is a bit mild, but refreshing fruity like aroma with yeast and spices. A bit thin in body and average aftertaste. OK drinkability, probably closer to a spicy blond than a Saison. With a little patience it opens up a bit more with some more bitter character and complexity. Refreshing and not bad at all, give it some time or maybe order another glass of this.

Bomber - pale gold with a light hazy - fairly frothy lace - nose is bright citric hop aromatics and tropical esters, along with some moderate herbal character and pepper - flavor is a bit less enjoyable - first, it is thin and watery in the mouth - I long for a more crisp and snappy malt profile - slightly tangy and acidic flavor, with some mildly sour citric character, followed by herbal hops, mild tropical esters, and mild phenolics - a lot of promise, but falls somewhat short for me.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a big-bubbled, off-white head. Champagne-like carbonation. Aroma of Belgian yeast, toasted grain, lemon, pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Chemical finish along with tartness. Overly watery.
