Cloudy and pale with a thin head. Berries and lemons and oranges on the nose - lots of hops. Bitter. Kiss of sweetness late. Bright grapefruit and orange taste. Mellow pale malts and a touch of yeast for body and structure. Very drinkable.

12 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Poured into a standard shaker. Bright hazy yellow that looks like the New England systole IPA. Aroma shows me grapefruit, soft pale grain, kind of a mineral note. Clean smelling.

Flavor has a pale grain backbone, citrus is moderate and does give a nice very mild bitterness. The yeast seems a bit under attenuated. But honestly, nothing is wrong with it. The flavor is still has a freshness and is rather easy to drink. I would not turn this away if offered.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a semi-cloudy golden yellow color with a nice foamy white head. Mild stringy lace.
The aroma had some crisp airy orange zest - somewhat like rind. Some tropical fruits and then a light grassy sweetness.
The flavor moderately takes that orange zesty/rind-like bitterness to coincide with the sweet part of those hops. Malts play some part here, but for the most part, they’re quite light. Mild subtly sweet hoppy aftertaste with a quick flick of a finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine not distracting from the bitterness units. ABV felt fine.
Overall, very nicely done AIPA that I would have again. I’m glad these guys showed up to the Vermont beer scene. I hope they stay as I think they’ll help keep the other local breweries around here on their toes.

Very hazy golden coloured body with a nice, three centimetre tall pure white head that leaves a pretty ugly lace when drunk. Aroma of pale malt, alcohol, a touch of mild and floral hops and a bit of fresh cut grass as well. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and herbal flavours with a lot of earth and dry flowers coupled with some noticeable yeast elements and a spicey kick near the end. Aftertaste shows mostly dry notes with the malt coming out front and centre and the hops taking a back seat, but a little bitterness is noticeable at the end. Overall, a mild and unassuming beer that shows some nice qualities, but is fairly mild, especially for the style. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Pear Delicatessen in Seattle, Washington [state] on 18-February-2016 for US$2,25 sampled at home in [the real] Washington on 04-December-2016.
