Bottle at RBSG. Brown pour with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet with brown sugar and apples, light toasty notes. Tastes sour with slight sweet here and there. Brett and farmhouse tastes with a little toasted malt and minimal apples.

Bottle at the Rate Beer Awards Festival Bottle Share. Nose is vinegar, apple, barrel. Cloudy dark brown, flat. Tart apple flavor, maple syrup, caramel apple. Tasty and original.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is apple skin, brown sugar, toffee. Medium mouth, tart apple, brown sugar, spice, light booze, very good.

Draft - Soured apple and caramel with some barrel notes. Cloudy dark brown with a small beige head. Caramel, tart apple, some spice and dark raisin. Nice.

12oz bottle pours out a muddy brown topped with a small head. nose is lots of sweet sour notes some apricot cherries and funk tart note. Taste is more of the sour funk some fruit notes not a nice end.

12 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small white head. Nose brings apple pie, cinnamon, caramel and a little funk. Flavour is really complex, with caramel, apple pie, cinnamon and followed by very complex brett. The funk is situated very well. Really digging this.

Bottle - Caramel, sweet dark sugars and raisin. Dirty brown with a rich Lght brown head. Sweet, little boozy, dark malts and some brown sugar and raisin. A little boozy but ok.

651mL bottle, pours a dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out indeed a hot apple turnover, caramel malts, and dark dried fruits. Flavour is very pleasant, with lots of dark fruits upfront, vanilla, toffee and light booze. Well-balanced, fruity, sweet but not cloying, and nicely boozy. Really good.

Bottle: Dark muddy brown in color with a large beige head. Ample lacing. Nose is muted, but sort of sweet and spicy toasted malt. Deep toasted malt flavors, lightly sweet, and molasses. The fruitiness or apple part is lost on me, but there is a really solid malty/toasty/molasses taste without getting overly sweet. It drinks very nicely at 10% without heat. Like others suggest, I think the proper pairing would enhance the brew.
