Een volle, frisse tripel met een hoppige afdronk. Een echte sluipmoordenaar voor de ware durfals.

Bottled. An unclearamber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, straw, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, over ripe fruits, straw, and yeast, leading to a dry finish.

Tap @ Drie Dorstige Herten, medium sample. Hazy golden color, medium head. Aroma is a bit spicy, some earthy and grassy hop, sulphury yeast. It has similar sulphury notes as the pilsener I tried before. Thought it was the bottom fermented yeast back then, but to find it in this beer as well I’m starting to doubt a bit. In taste it is a bit sweet and a bit bitter. Could have been a bit more dry for a triple. And it could have used some more spicy yeast notes, instead of the metallic and sulphur notes.
