[3/2/15] Draught at Big Time Brewery in Seattle. Clear straw color. Aroma of DMS. Sweetish flavor with malt, DMS and mildly bitterish finish. Rather light-bodied.

On tap at Big Time, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Nose brings out corn, grass and light crackery notes. Flavour is clean, with notes of corn, straw and light hops. Very clean and refreshing. Very nice kolsch.

Draft - Citrus and a nice sweetness. Clear gold with a decent white head. Citrus and grains and a little skunk. Nice and refreshing.
