Another almost 4 year old bottle. Next to American Oak & Acacia. Golden to amber color, clear. No head. Aroma’s: herbal, lychee, with biscuit & caramel and some sour fruit retronasal. Flavor is light bitter, somewhat acidic, biscuity, caramel. Low carb, drinks very easyly. Medium bodied. Finishes somewhat acidic, light to medium bitter. Not that different from the American Oak & Aciacia, just lacking the woodnotes.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy peachy amber with a light bown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of grassy hops with a strong caramel backing with a hint of backing oak. Flavor has oaky hops up front with a growing sweetness that combines nicely with the oak.
