Beginning with our traditional hard apple cider we then steep candied pecans. We make our own cinnamon roasted pecans that bring vanilla, cinnamon, and a nuttiness to this product that makes it a truly unique cider. Totally Roasted is semi-.sweet with a tart finish.

Draft - Smells just like apple pie. Clear pale yellow. Light sweet and tart apples with the cinnamon bringing up the finish. Smells very nice, but tartness and acidity take out the warmth of roast and spice.

Draft at VM. Clear light gold with little carbonation and aromas of cider and candied pecans. Flavor is heavy with candied pecans and apple. It is good but the nuts are a bit heavy handed.

Yes, good overall cider experience, spices are not in yer face, goes over well. Aroma is mildly volatile apple. Decent co2 for a warmer brew. Yes, each end to a slug is not bad. Written in memory of cider tramp. At times the spices do try to come forward in the pecan or cinny. Over, hides the alky well, you’d never know this was 8%.

Location: 16 oz can at Three Acres, 6/9/14

Aroma: The nose is right on what they describe, pie-like: full of cinnamon, pecans, and apple
Appearance: The beverage pours a clear golden color without much head or lace to it
Flavor: It isn't nearly as sweet as you'd expect, nicely balanced, sweet, spice, and dryness
Palate: It has a decent feel, with a plus carbonation, minimal stickiness, and a light dryness
Overall Impression: I've never found anything in the cider category that I have enjoyed nearly this much. Honestly, I went into super skeptical. The combination sounds great, but I couldn't believe it. Bottom line, Totally Roasted totally works for me.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a chilly spring Saturday afternoon. Appearance is like any other cider, pale gold with no head. Aroma is pretty great with pecan, vanilla, roast, apple, and cinnamon notes. Taste is surprisingly sweet, really hits you first thing out of the gate, light carbonation, still getting pecan and vanilla notes which sets this apart from other ciders I’ve had.

Can poured into a shaker. From notes. Awesome cider. Sweet and tart apples with a hint of cinnamon. Not getting a whole lot of pecan here. Really good though. I would gladly drink this anytime.

16 oz can. Pours clear straw with a little bit of carbonation. Light apple aroma, perhaps slightly toasty. Sweet roasted cinnamon flavor and red apple, nuttiness, powdered sugar, like some kind of apple cinnamon bun. Pecan is clearer in the finish. This really works well.

Clear straw honey with a small white head, no lacing. Aroma of apples, cinnamon and sugar. Flavors of apples, cinnamon, sugar, nutty with a dry finish
This was a decent cider. Reminded me of Thanksgiving.

16 ounce can. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white bubbly head. A nice mix of apples and cinnamon in the nose, very appealing. The flavor essentially hits the whole apples, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla out of the ballpark. A bit of tartness. Very nice. Please do a 10% Ice version!

Sample at Kalamazoo Beer Exchange. Clear yellow-golden color with a minimal white head that evaporates quickly, and spotty lace. Sweet spices, honey and fruit in the nose. Medium body with a roasted nut character and notes of cinnamon and sweet apple. The finish is roasty with a sweet nutty aftertaste. Interesting, a decent Cider overall.
