Sternwheeler Scotch Ale

A true classic ale made in the old Scottish tradition. This “Export” type is produced using extended boil times, resulting in the rich caramel flavours. The melanoidins produced during this long boil contribute their own flavour notes as well. With slight ester presence, this silky ale finishes on the sweet side. Keeping with tradition, Sternwheeler is lightly hopped with English hops. Enjoy with your favourite Scottish fare, or alone as an after-dinner treat!
