A delicious treat that will have you doing tricks!
This carefully crafted hop potion provides a tropical fruit kick, with a strong backbone that compliments a pleasingly dry finish.
A big beer that is very drinkable, but don’t be fooled, it packs a punch!

Draft - Pithy grapefruit and a little resin. Clear gold with a good white head. Sweet orange peel and nice bitterness. Decent. Draft - Brewery- Much better visually, clear gold and a rich head. Aroma and taste are a Skunky weedy hop with a nice sweetness. Much better.

On tap at BC beer awards. Pours a clear gold with light head. Aromas of rubber, resin and muddled tropical fruit. Flavors follow the same with dried tropical fruit and dusty malts.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10 oz
Golden to light amber color, just hazy, with small compact head. The aroma is a bit sweaty and fruity. Unfortunately it was poured a bit too warm; mild malt and caramel flavor with a vegetable component that is out of place; the bitterness level is high, the hop has a decent resin component, but the fruity element could be more powerful.
Decent IPA, good first-try, but not the best showcase for Mosaic.

On tap at Yellow Dog, pours a clear pale golden with a small huge head. Aroma brings out loads of piney hops, crisp crackery malt, and floral notes. Flavour is very dynamic, with great hop varieties showcasing - piney, resinous and floral hops. Just enough crackery malt backing. Another excellent beer from these guys.

Hazy blonde. Big, brash mosaic nose. Lots of bitterness, but with a bit of sweetness and then that mix of tropical fruit, lychee and apricot.
