Our American-style pale ale is a tribute to the origins of craft-brewed beer. A dynamic duo of Cascade and Centennial hops combine for a refreshingly bitter ale, varied with the subtle maltiness that gives way to a clean, brisk finish.

Good mellowy creamy brown liquid and decent off white foam on top. Smell of soft sharp grains with some lemon. Flavour is sharp peachiness followed by some balances malt. Dry finish. A fine pale ale.

330 mL bottle poured, courtesy of mcberko. Thanks! Remembering one of the best beers from my Vancouver trip being a Four Winds, this is a fun try. Pours an oily copper color with a thin fizz head. Clean malt fronted flavor, with a near perfect balance of hops. Caramel hints, and a subtle bitterness. Creamy body. Good addition to the style here. Very nice

On tap. Pours a hazy copper color with light white head. Aromas of sweet malts and light toffee. Flavors of toasted malts, light caramel and light piney hops. Quite full and chewy for a Pale Ale. Nice.

Cask d/h with centennial. Big centennial, soft body...bit phenolic...lots of leafy hop but underpinned by sweet malts. Not sure about the regular version but the dry hop works quite nicely.
