Our American-style pale ale is a tribute to the origins of craft-brewed beer. A dynamic duo of Cascade and Centennial hops combine for a refreshingly bitter ale, varied with the subtle maltiness that gives way to a clean, brisk finish.

Hazy amber color with creamy head. Caramelly ale, well bitter, rather dry, but unfortunately with a metallic finish.
Not bad, but to be tuned.

1L growler, pours a hazy golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, biscuity malts, and some light fruity esters. Flavour is quite hoppy for a pale ale, with floral hops, very light fruity esters, and biscuity malts to back. Quite a crisp, dry mouthfeel with very high drinkability. Great stuff.
